Our brand draws inspiration from a murmuration: the awe-inspiring phenomenon where flocks of starlings move together in fluid, harmonious motion.

Meet Our Founder
Raj Kamal
I began my career as a Licensed Aircraft Maintenance Engineer – Avionics, working across Kingfisher Airlines and Qatar Airways. After completing my MBA at the Macquarie Graduate School of Management, Sydney, I moved into commercial and business development roles, starting with Fujitsu and later joining Qantas in OEM product support, working closely with global aviation partners including Panasonic Avionics and De Havilland Aircraft of Canada.
I then transitioned into critical infrastructure at Sydney Water, where I negotiated multi‑million‑dollar infrastructure agreements with major developers such as Lendlease, Landcom, and Risland, supporting the delivery of essential water and wastewater services to Sydney’s fastest‑growing communities.
Today, I bring that same blend of technical discipline, commercial acumen, and people‑centred problem‑solving to my work in immigration and financial services, helping individuals, businesses, and communities navigate complex systems with confidence.
