Our brand draws inspiration from a murmuration: the awe-inspiring phenomenon where flocks of starlings move together in fluid, harmonious motion.
A murmuration is more than movement — it’s a metaphor for unity. It is intelligent, elegant, and driven by simple principles that create extraordinary outcomes. Meet Our Founder
Raj Kamal
My career has taken an unconventional path, from licensed aircraft maintenance engineer to commercial leader in critical infrastructure, and now founder of an immigration consultancy and a financial services company. The common thread through every chapter has been a commitment to solving complex problems with clarity, rigour, and care.
I began my career as a Licensed Aircraft Maintenance Engineer – Avionics, working across Kingfisher Airlines and Qatar Airways. After completing my MBA at the Macquarie Graduate School of Management, Sydney, I moved into commercial and business development roles, starting with Fujitsu and later joining Qantas in OEM product support, working closely with global aviation partners including Panasonic Avionics and De Havilland Aircraft of Canada.
